Civic Season in Athens

Focused on serving young Americans ages 18-30, Civic Season bridges America’s newest federal holiday, Juneteenth, with our oldest, July 4. During this time, a nationwide network of museums, cultural institutions, influencers, and amplifiers invites young people to consider our nation’s history, explore their role in shaping our future, and take action to engage. In 2026, Civic Season will be the youth-focused arm of the 250th anniversary of the United States.
